Pro balls? You mean the perfect excuse Bifur..whatever? You mean the perfect excuse
“I’m hitting it so far and straight today that golf’s just not even fun anymore,” said no one ever… That’s what JT said during his 3 min “rant” about the USGA and R&A’s recently announced plans to implement limited-flight balls. Now I know what you’re thinking, “Is this the perfect excuse for shorting my drives and irons?” Hate to break it to ya, but the proposal will only apply to elite competitions.
Rory Has No Chill
After everyone slammed the nerfed balls proposal, Rory said he’s all for it. And not only is he for it, but he took the opportunity to flex on the entire Tour.
He put everyone on notice when he said if the Majors requires limited-flight balls, while the PGA doesn’t, which is a real possibility, he may still use reduced-flight balls on Tour because it’s “better practice for the Majors.”
RIP WGC 1993-2023
We’re gathered here today to celebrate the life of a special set of tournaments. The WGC will enter its final day with the last round of the Dell Technologies Match Play. Let us raise our glass to the WGC, a set of events that will be sorely missed. May it rest in peace.
Maybe Rory wasn’t kidding… Jesus f***in’ Christ

After being down 3 through 6 at the WGC-Dell Match Play, Rory hit one of the greatest drives of all time.
And that’s no exaggeration…
On the 375-yard par 4 finisher, he crushed a drive that covered nearly 350 yards leaving it 3 feet, 9 inches from the hole.
Alright, maybe he wasn’t kidding when he said he’d be willing to handicap himself with a reduced flight ball.
We see you, Rory.
