Shipping

All orders ship out within 1 business day (via UPS ground and USPS priority), so keep your pants on—unless you ordered our golf pants or shorts, in that case maybe take them off in anticipation? Your call. You’ll get a confirmation email immediately after you order, and another one with tracking info once it ships. If you’ve been staring at your inbox and haven’t heard from us, hit us up at support@usuckatgolfing.com and we’ll make it right. One last thing: processing times may increase by 1-2 days around the holidays, because stockings don’t stuff themselves.

When you go to checkout, you’ll see your shipping rates automatically calculated based on your location. It’ll take around 7-14 days to get to you physically (but emotionally, we’ve been with you all along.) And if you need to process an international return, you can email our support at support@usuckatgolfing.com

Returns and Exchanges

In a nutshell: we pride ourselves on never screwing over our customers. So, if for some reason you’re not fully satisfied with something from USAG, we’ll refund you within a year of your purchase. You can read the whole spiel on our Mulligan Guarantee page.

Returning or exchanging a USAG item is as easy as you thought that 3 footer to save bogey was gonna be last Saturday. We’ve got an automated system that’ll walk you through the whole thing in a few simple steps. Head here to get it going.
